The staff member i spoke to was super friendly and even helped me with a taxi number when i was running late. The room was clean and spacious. Plus, the location is nice, with easy access to public transport.
the breakfast selection could be improved.

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take
The staff were attentive, full cleaning daily with excellent quality linen made for a comfortable stay.
Limited variety in breakfast options and insufficient air conditioning detracted from overall comfort.

We arrived by car and so the hotel is a perfect place to stay. It is close to metro, clean, staff is very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. I would say excellent value for money. I would alsways come back.

It was as expected, had a nice stay for three nights 20-23 March. The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a good and absolutely perfect location, the staff were polite.
The location was not so good.

Chur, the staff were heaps friendly and helpful. But the shower was tiny and the area felt a bit dodgy at night. Still, I had a comfy stay!

Good well-wishing restaurant staff.
Very careless and poor service on reception!!! The girls was very inattentive! The boys was good. In the room I found mould (muffa, плесень). In the floor halls was dirty. Poor breakfast.

The lobby is inviting, spacious, and comfortable. Clean rooms and attentive staff. They offered a lovely crib for our baby too!

It was just a fitting option for shopping in Rome with excellent value for money. The air conditioning worked perfectly on those hot summer days. Try to book a room that's away from the main street for a quieter night.

The staff was quite helpful and friendly (specially a very polite and willing to help you girl in the reception). The breakfast was delicious. The location is very convinient, 5-10 min of metro station Marconi. Also, using bus 170 and tram 8 you can go to Trastevere (the heart of the night life of Rome).
The filthy carpet and the poor wi-fi connection (available only in the lobby).

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and the position of the hotel is perfect if you want to be calm.It is only 500 met., From Markoni metro st. And 6 stations from the city center.
If you want to stay out after 12 in the night, you must have a car or take taxi.

Hotel was nice, next to metro station Marconi. It was not on the main road, so it was quite relaxing.
1. Although it was clearly stated during reservation that the hotel will not make pre authorisation charge of credit card, the hotel did it. It passed two weeks and I still have pre authorisation charge on credit card, even I paid the bill in cash two weeks ago. 2. Windows cannot be open in the guest rooms, only in corridor, so lack of fresh air is very noticeable within rooms 3. Bath tub was abnormally small, maybe 55x55cm

Friendliness of staff. Room was spacious. Breakfast was adequate
Quadruple room had fold out beds which are only really suitable for young children. Our children are 14 and 21 respectively. Shower cubicle was extremely small and was also mouldy along shower base and some of the lower tiles. Found cockroach in the en-suite. Generally needs some tlc -I.e walls require repainting and carpets cleaned. Hotel area should not be classed as 4* hotel. 2-3* at best

The family room offered ample space for our group. The breakfast spread featured a variety of options, and the continental selections really stood out.
In terms of air conditioning, it struggled to keep up during warmer weather. The chill wasn't there when the heat turned up outside. The plumbing left a lot to be desired with visible leaks in the shower that I found quite off-putting-definitely could use a good scrubbing. The garden area was less than inviting, with a few dirty chairs and a couple of pesky ants to contend with, which really dampened the vibe for outdoor lounging.
